I like vestments--but not these...

I have seen vestments like this at a Roman Catholic religious supply store.
Does it mean anything that I saw them on the clearance rack?
Looks like a Dead-head about to go to the concert.
Too funny. We have some pretty bad ones in the basement of Kramer Chapel, as well.
